If more than one article by the author in the same year is cited, the letters a, b, should follow the year. When a paper has been published jointly by two authors, both names should be given in the text. For more than two authors, quote all the names at the first mention and then use the first author ‘et al’, for subsequent mention in the text. The citation of unpublished reports is strongly discouraged. A list of references quoted in the text should be given at the end of the paper in a separate sheet in alphabetic order of authors name, Title, journals and Books should be given in full. The author should ensure that all the references cited in the text are present in the list of references and that there are no extra references in this list.

Tables should be kept to the minimum and Figures should be used only where necessary to clarify important points. Each table should be typed on a separate sheet. Make sure that appropriate units are given. Instructions for placing the tables should be given in the parenthesis in the text. E.g. (Table 2).

The figures should be made in black ink on white paper preferably one and half times larger than the size to make suitable to be printed. Redrawing for photographic reproduction and the block making photographs for reproduction for which the authors will be charged, should be on glossy paper.
